3/8" Pre-setting click torque wrench 10-50N. M (7-35FT-LBS)
Feature:
Chrome molybdenum steel head
Barrel in high quality aluminum alloy.
Double square drive system.
Suitabl for clockwise and anticlockwise operation.
Torque adjustment in its swivel end.
Blow mould case and calibration certificate.
ISO 6789
Application:
Precision tool used to tighten a bolt with an established torqu value.
Operation Instruction:
1. Pull the torque adjustment lever (P1) out from barrel.
2. Determine the correct torque value needed.
3. Turn the torque adjustment clockwise or anti clockwise(P1-2), until the reading shows the desired torque on the main scale (P2), marked on the internal cylinder, For intermediary values use the secondary scale(P3).
4. Install the socket properly on the torque wrench square driver (P4) and then, the socket on the workpiece.
5. Lock the adjustment system by pushing the lever device(P1-2) back to its original position (P1), inside the torque wrench barrel. Since the rotation center is the same as the square drive center, the load can be applied on any barrel position (P5).
6. Apply the load slowly and constantly, always paying attention to the clockwise or anticlockwise arrow indicated on the torque wrench (P6), until reaching the adjusted torque.
7. Stop applying load when you hear a " click " signal. This means that adjusted torque has been applied.
Cautions:
*In order to avoid damage to the torque wrench, never exceed the scale limits;
*Turn the torque back to the lowest value on scale when the torque wrench is not being used. Any unnecessary stress could damage the internal mchanism (Spring) of your torque wrench;
*If the wrench has not been used for a long period of time ( more than a month), use it 5 to 10 times, with 75% of maximum torque capacity. This procedure provides lubrication on the internal components.
*Never disassemble or modify any part of the torque wrench. Such procedure must be done only by our factory.
*After using the torque wrench, store in its original box or safe place.
*It's recommended that you calibrate the torque wrench after 6 months or 5000 operation cycles (whatever is reached frst), after drop or impacts, excessive stree or when there is any doubt on the applied torque.
Important
*The torque wrench is a precision tool, which must be used with care by a well trained professional.
*Torque wrench calibrated on tested with accuracy according to DIN ISO 6789: +-4%.
Warranty
*This product has 24 months warranty against. Manufacturing or material defects, starting from the date on the invoice.
Not covered by the warranty:
*The use of this tool not observing instructions and cautions stated in the manual;
